Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment.

Duties:

• Conduct repairs on equipment such as furniture, doors, and windows.
• Assemble and install fixtures such as shelves, curtains and cabinets.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.
• Ability to work on ladders
• Good Carpentry skills
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to work with power and hand tools
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and other staff professionally
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to set timelines and standards
• Ability to work flexibly and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the facility.
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting
• Prep work areas to contain dust and construction area clean (shoe covers, masking tape, plastic and drop cloths

Absolute must:

• Teamwork and Professionalism with company staff as well as professionalism with clients.
• Have your own personal truck, tools, current valid driver’s license and smartphone
• Must be able to pass background check.
